Account number

Having had my Virgin Media fitted today, i have not received any e mail nor letter with an account number which I require to log in to my virgin app.

Can you please assist

    I'm sorry to hear you've not yet received any information regarding your account. This is usually sent a few days after you've joined. Whilst I won't be able to give you the account number due to security, I can ensure your a copy of your contract is resent - which will have the information you need. 

    In order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security so I've sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. :)
