Account number

Hi,i am trying to log into my virgin media account,but i need an account number and area reference number which i can find on my bills or on my contract/welcome email,but the thing is that i don't have any of this,for 3 months i don't recieve my bills,i checked my email,nothing there and no letters as well

    Sorry to hear you are having some difficulties getting your online account set up 👉virg.in/myVM

    You should usually receive your billing or contract information to the contact email address set up on your services account with us. It's worth us checking that this is set up correctly, and then we can get copies of the bills sent out to you. You can then use the information you need to register.

      Hi All 👋 Just returning to keep this public thread updated. 

      Thanks to VLadmisei11 for PMing with me 📩 - I was able to confirm the details needed to re-send a copy of the most recent bill, and advise of the area code so they can register for the online account.
