Account number
i lost my email with my account number on it and can’t set up the online app, how can i get my account number again ?

We can send a reminder letter through the post, this can take 10 working days to arrive. Before that, let's see if we can help you locate this at your side.
Do you have access to your email containing your contract summary sheet and information? Your account number will also be printed on your contract as well or is it that you've also lost the email containing your contract?
I haven’t because I lost all my emails and all the emails since haven’t had my account details.
