Account not showing new offer
Towards the middle of March I accepted a new offer as I was currently out of contract, and I printed the new contract.
However my account is not showing this and my new bill will be produced soon.
Please can someone take a look at what is going on - as when I went to the link about current offers - for ages it confirmed my order was on its way, but now it is not showing this.
I accepted this via the virgin website by logging into my account.
