Account logon issues
Hi Virgin Media team,
I’m currently unable to log in to my Virgin Media account. When I try, I receive an error message asking me to contact support and provide the reference IDF-12B.
I’ve tried clearing my browser cache and I only use one devices, but the issue persists. I have recently installed a new Operating System since my last logon to Virgin Media. Could someone please advise on what this error means and how I can resolve it?
