Account login issues (ntlworld email)
I'm going round the bend here!!!
I'm unable to login to my VM account despite numerous attempts.
We have a number of ntlworld email accounts and as I was unable to login via our usual ntlworld address I chose one of the others. After a password reset and also providing a 3rd party email address I was able to login ONCE. Next time I tried it didn't recognise the email address I'd just used. I've gone through this process quite a few times in the past 2 days and I'm getting pretty annoyed with it now.
Whenever I put my ntlworld email address and password in the boxes it states "Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email."
I was wanting to watch the footie via my laptop yesterday but I couldn't because the SkySports Virgin Media sign in wasn't recognising me.
Can anything be done to reset this please?
