Account log-in issue. IDF-12B

Hi there,

Upon attempting to log into my account and change details (after successfully verifying my identity) I'm being met with this error code telling me I can't be signed in just now, and it's a quick pause to keep my account safe.

I have followed the extra steps it suggests such as trying a different device, a different connection and I've tried different browsers too, however I don't seem to be getting anywhere with this. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
