I have tried to sort my virgin account out and link to my o2 account but it’s saying I have a virgin account in a different email which the only think I can think of is I had a account out with my ex partner at her address but I switch all the detail into her name and email and now it’s asking my to transfer which I don’t want to I want to have my account not hers
