Theres a message on the app and had an email saying my contract expires 21/01/25 abd will go up to £78 but I renewed earlier in the year and the app also shows £61 a month until 05/03/25. Which is correct? Hoping its the £61 one as thats the one I signed a contract for earlier this year.

We can check this for you on our side to give you clarification. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.
