Why does my account show 2 different expiry contract dates?

One says Your contract is expiring soon.You currently pay £25.02* and from 26/12/2024 your monthly price will go up to £49.02*....

the other says 

My current package £25.02 a month* until 30/05/2025 then currently
£49.02 a month*
