Account expired and still billed

Hi my VM contract expired on Jan 20th, and the price was to rise to over £80. When VM informed me of this I decided not to renew and opened an account with sky. My sky service was installed on Jan 21st. VM out the boxes for me to send back all TV boxes and routers etc. I have now received a bill for over £80 from VM. It is impossible to get to talk to someone about this as the phone line cuts off when I select the option to discuss my bill.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return. Does the bill show what the amount is for? If it's for the non-return of your equipment, please ignore the message as this would be an automated message as it can take up to 10 days for the returns to be processed once they have come back to us.
