Accidentally ordered two broadband contracts - how to cancel first one?

Hello, I recently signed up for a 12 month student deal contract however used the wrong student email thus couldn't access the welcome email or CSS/CIS documents. I then signed up for another contract with the correct student email, but can't figure out a way to cancel the previous contract. How do I do this?

    We're sorry to hear there was an issue when placing your order. It's not possible to have 2 active accounts so when setting things up, the team may automatically contact you. Depending on the way the team works, the first order will likely be picked up and processed first.
