Access account after linking Virgin to 02

I'm new to this so forgive if this is the wrong way to start a conversation.

Does anyone know how to access my virgin media email account, after linking 02 to virgin I received a message saying new id created and password. now when i access my account it signs me in but then I get a screen saying I cannot access this page.

I've tried from  the app, web page. I've called the helpline but cannot get them to recognize my password. I have tried previous passwords and 02 password.

is there anywhere to chat to an agent on line?

I have called the helpline but after spending 2 hours going through this multiple times I have still not been able to access any accounts.

HELP!

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any online access issues. We can see you've spoke to the team since posting today and they've raised it with IT for you. Their timescales are 5 working days and they will reach out when there is an update/fix.

      Unfortunately I'm still waiting for virgin to get in touch. It's. been 9 days now. Still can access my account. I'm really regretting renewing my contract. Totally frustrated with this poor response.

      When I try to login I get asked to link my VM account. I have already done this and have an email confirming this. 

      If I try to link my account again it simply opens my Google mail with a link to myself.

      Can any offer any advice or help.
