Accepted renewal price but my account says a different price.
Hello,
My contract is coming to an end and I received an email from Virgin Media offering me renewal options. For one option it was labelled as a personal deal just for me for £56 a month for 18 months. I accepted it and received the contract immediately. The next day an email comes through saying thanks for your changes, your monthly bill will be £76.25 a month. My account now says the higher price as well.
This isn't the price I accepted. I've tried calling Virgin but cannot get through to a person.
Is someone able to help?
Just an update. I was able to get through to Virgin Media and they have sorted the problem for me. I tried deleting the post but I do not see that option anywhere.
