Abysmal Customer Service
I agreed to rejoin VM in November - TV and Broadband package. The planned start date and delivery of equipment was yesterday. In the interim, I was the victim of terrible customer service. I was initially mis sold the package and then had to argue to claim credit back- I hadn’t even started my services yet! I decided to cancel my contract before my equipment arrived and I tie myself in to a company that treats its customers like this for 18 months!
I requested to cancel over the phone. I was informed that the cancellation request had been processed and I would receive written confirmation of this via email within 24 hours. I am still to receive this and from reading endless posts on here I don’t trust the company as far as I could throw them. Someone please advise me as to how I can obtain a copy of this cancellation or I will escalate to Ofcom.
