About equipment return

Hello,

My contract just ended and I already returned the equipment, how long before you receive the equipment back?

    Hey James01,

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post.

    The equipment returns process can take up to 10 days after you sent the equipment back to us to be fully received and processed on our systems.

    When did you return your equipment?

    Hello Steven,

    Thanks for your reply. I returned it last 16th of February, via 02 store and not yodel as it is more accessible for me, I hope that it's ok? how will I know that you receive back the equipment?

      Please can you confirm you have received a receipt regarding this when you returned your equipment back at the store?
