5 days to activate upgrade from when?

I've got a package upgrade. The box has a sticker that says activate in 5 days.

When does the t days begin?

    Just connect it and ring the activation number.

      No activation number supplied, I've had a mail to say the services are activated as I have set up the hub. I don't have time to do the 360 box now and don't want to loose my service.

        Hi PeteH25 👋

        Your services should automatically upgrade as soon as you install any equipment (as this would activate it.)

        There's usually a grace period of around a week once it's confirmed as delivered. I'd recommend doing it as soon as you can.
