No activation number supplied, I've had a mail to say the services are activated as I have set up the hub. I don't have time to do the 360 box now and don't want to loose my service.

Your services should automatically upgrade as soon as you install any equipment (as this would activate it.)
There's usually a grace period of around a week once it's confirmed as delivered. I'd recommend doing it as soon as you can.
