360 Box Issues

I’ve just had the 360 box installed and lots of things aren’t working. I can’t pause or rewind live tv. Programmes are not recording - I get a cs2214 code displayed when I try and watch them? I’ve cleared the storage and still having the sane issues.

I’m also having to sign into apps every single time I use them which is just ridiculous.

I’ve done a factory reset a few times and also tried switching off completely, leaving a few minutes, then switching back on. Nothing works.
