360 box issues
I have been having issues with my 369 box since Christmas, iv reset keeping recordings and it wiped them, iv formatted the box and it tells me my storage is full even tho there’s no recordings..:
Iv done a further reset this weekend and now it won’t rewind, fast forward or pause and any recordings have just got a red circle with an exclamation mark in them …. When I try to pause/rewind it says channel unavailable even tho the channel is playing on my screen & gives a CS2000 error code that can’t be found on the virgin app when you try to get help
you can’t through to anyone on the phone it’s just sends a link for payment to your phone even tho my bills not due and hen thanks you and says goodbye
Has anyone else had these issues and how the hell do you get thru to someone to actually rectify the problems?
