360 - cost extra?

I’ve just upgraded to 360 and am sure it said no extra charge when selecting. I’ve now received email with an increase of about £30. 
Can anyone confirm if there is an increase when you upgrade? The wait time is 127 mins for online chat and keep getting put back to start. Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue with your contract price after upgrading to 360. To confirm, there should be no charge.
