3 Weeks no service, dozens of calls, just a shambles

Last chance really...

Very long story, short version
1 - I asked for my outside box to be moved about 2 meters, about 2 months ago
2 - Lots of engineer visits, telephone calls, tweets, emails 
3 - I've no had no service for 3 weeks ... one of the sets of many 'engineers' who came broke it all and vanished

So I have no broadband, phone or TV for 3 weeks, more pointless engineers booked, I have no faith at all 

I have spent hours + hours trying to get this fixed - I'm just fed up of the lies and incompetence from VM
