2nd storey flat old fittings

hi i live in a block of six flats,top floor,the outside cable is around 20yrs old and has been pulled out of its clips in the current wind,services are still working and im having it,hopefully attached back to the wall by a handyman with a ladder !

is it right that virgin wont go above first floor in installation or repair or is there a specialist two man team ? what is the alternative ? 20yrs wont last forever so im just forward thinking.

    Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. We would have a specialised two man heights team to be able to look into such issues. The team should have looked further into this, when you spoke to them about the issues.
