02 returned equipment
Hello.
A month ago we moved with my family to another country, while dropping off Virgin Media equipment at the nearest O2 store.
To our surprise, we started receiving emails that Virgin had not received the equipment and gave my mother a penalty (as the Virgin contract was on her). Today she saw the email, but they have already charged the money (£45 for streaming device) and say they will send the details to the tax office to collect the debt.
We still have the receipt after we left all the Virgin equipment at O2.
