Hi , due to a change in my circumstances I dropped from 3 boxes ( 2 TiVos and an old Samsung box) lot just one TiVo. I returned the TiVo but not the Samsung box about a month ago after having to request the packaging to return it twice. The Samsung box was a nil charge anyway.
I am continually receiving messages saying my account is charged £90 and I have returned the TiVo box via a Yodel pick up point
can someone help me?

Sorry to hear of the dispute over the charge, when was it returned to us please? It can take 14 days for it to be scanned in and allocated.

Hi I returned it on Saturday 19th July to a petrol station pick up point in the box provided with the power source and the saris TiVo box ! I haven’t kept the tracking slip as it was nearly 2 months now .

Sorry I’m on holiday atm , no I don’t have the receipt now as it was over 2 months ago but I can definitely tell you which box ( serial number I returned as I still have one v6 box I use.
