£5 charge on bill for V6 Tivo

I've just looked at my renew options as my contract is coming to an end and happened to review my latest bill as the renew option was cheaper and I noticed I'm getting charged £5 a month for my V6 Tivo box under extra devices?. Pretty sure I only have the one box and I'm also wondering how long have I been paying this £5 for and why?
