£40 charge for a router i returned, yet Virgin are saying I haven't

It seems many people have been charged too for the same thing?! I returned a router, sadly wasn't given a receipt. However weeks later, I get messages from virgin telling me they are charging me £40 for the router that I haven't returned. I got through to online chat & someone said they would sort it & clear the charges but nothing happened. The charges are still there. Any advice welcome?

  • Wait for one of the forum team to get back to you, same thing happened to me, I was told at the drop off that I would receive an email receipt from Yodel and got nothing.
