I have communicated by phone and by chat, and no one has given me a solution. I received my first bill for £85.99 ( 2 month - 33£ & others charges £19.99) and my service was connected on 03/27/2024. When I contracted the service they informed me of the following:
Virgin Media M250 Ultrafast Fibre broadband £33,00 a month, 24 month contract. £130 bill credit.
I would like to know first, why I have not received any contract that I have talked about, and why they do not deduct the credit I have?
The people I have spoken to on the phone and chat tell me who did I talk to about this??? I have spoken with some of you, you can hear this in your recordings, right?
I demand a response and a solution to what they have promised!
If there is no solution soon, I will publish it on all social media for selling a deceptive service.

Hi Javo66
You state your service was connected on the 27th March 2024, are you sure about that date as today is only the 22nd March 2024?
You should receive your contract via email to the email address that you registered with when you signed up to VM. This should be the same email address that the bill was sent to, unless you've set up a different contact email address.
Have you checked your spam/junk folders? It's best to mark VM as a safe sender to ensure that you don't miss any communications they send which may otherwise end up in your spam/junk folder.
You are charged the package price (two months for the first bill) and further down the bill any credits you have are shown and will be deducted, leaving with either a debit (balance to pay for that month) or a credit which is carried forward which will be deducted from the next bill, and any subsequent bills until the total credits have been used.
The credits should be shown as deductions in the 'Other charges and credits' section of your bill as explained on the /virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-first-bill page. Screenshot of that section shown below.
You should register for /my-virgin-media if you haven't already done so, then you can view your contract and bills online.
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community forums. We're here to help.
I'm sorry to hear that there appears to be a dispute regarding your package and recent billing. Would you mind clarifying the situation a little further, please? As newapollo has highlighted, you appear to have said you were connected on a date that's in the future, so just want to make sure we have a clear picture to assist fully.
Two weeks before February 27, I have contracted the Broadband service for my home by telephone with Virgin Media.
The service I contracted is £33 per month for 254Mbps 24month contract and they gave me a gift of £130 (bill credit) to be used to deduct from the monthly payments.
I have never received any contract for this service, so I have no proof of my phone call.
On April 8 I received the first invoice for £85.99 for the breakdown below.
Service installed 27/02/2024.
First Payment 08/04/2024 £85,99
First Month package £33
Next Month package £33
Other charges & Credits £19.99
Next payment £33 08/05/2024
I have called several times, and no one gives me a solution about what they promised me. And now a new monthly payment arrives on 08/05/2024.
Thanks for the update Javo66, as explained the initial bill is double as it covers and extended period due to paying in advance and any one off fee's for activation, set up etc
On the original contract you received, did it advise of this £130 credit? From the bill details provided it does look like the £33 per month package is in place.
