Web Safe
Hi, web safe / child safe has completely stopped working. I have two young children & they are now at risk of seeing inappropriate content online when connected to WiFi at home. I’ve tried all the basics, nothing is working. Please assist.

Can you confirm how you're trying to update the settings for web safe? Is this via your online account? When you try to make changes, do you get any error messages?
