Street cabinet doors left open a d insecure

I want to report a virgin street cabinet as open with loads of wires visible on a main street. The cabinet was reported to be who atte ded urgently and reported as not theirs but a Virgin cabinet. There are high voltage stickers on the cabinet so I presume it needs urgent attention. 

Location is near to Gooding Funeral services LS7 4HE 20 metres (approx) north of this business on Chapeltown Road. Near to the junction with Newton Road.

Ridiculous I had to sign up to report this important issue as Virgin seem scared of people actually contacting them. BT TOOK  JUST 5 MINS NOT THE 40 TAKEN ON VIRGIN!! Hope someone actually sorts this out.
