Security settings not showing on My Virgin Media

Hi,

I can't access security settings when I log into My Virgin Media (website or app).  Additionally, my account information, such as account number and area code, aren't showing either.

    Sorry to hear of the settings issue via your online account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
