Scam emails have increased recently & were not flagged or filtered by Virgin

Far too many dangerous scam, phishing and spam emails are being allowed through to my email accounts as legitimate emails and are increasing in numbers.

Why has this serious problem significantly increased recently ?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, with scam emails a phishing changing every day after being created and shut down by security services, it can take a couple of attempts or the pattern of dangerous behaviour to result in that specific email being shut down and newer ones are created by the offending parties. We do advise to read up on how to spot these and report faster and what to look out for here ๐Ÿ‘‰ Security

    If you feel that the security we are providing you is not enough, the settings may need to be adjusted for a more stringent check on these actions before hitting your mailbox may be required.

    You will also have your devices based security and firewall options also you can use and customise key words to look out for when setting up or making any changes to ensure you do not receive these.
