Netflix hacked

Like a few people on here I can no longer access Netflix. All the profiles have disappeared and is in Spanish. Can someone from Virgin please assist. I’ve spoken to Netflix but they need a Netflix recovery code which is no longer available on the virgin website or app. Many thanks

    All sorted. Just need to contact Netflix with the code found via pc and not mobile app. Can delete
