Live Chat transcript

I had a live chat with agent Christopher today 28/01/2024 and at the end of our conversation I requested thr transcript be emailed to me.

I input my email so this can be sent over and the chat was terminated. Unfortunately I never received the transcript and when I try to submit an online DSAR form the following error message appears. I have tried from two different devices and after many attempts to no avail. 

 I kindle ask you assist me in getting the transcript from my live chat today.

    We are so sorry to hear you have not received the transcript and that you have been having issues raising a DSAR, we are unable to provide the transcript. Have you tried using a different browser or device to raise this? We can assist if you need something confirmed. Please let us know.
