Just had 10 lucky customer virgin survey and won iphone14

It said virgin select 10 lucky people each week thanks for being a customer for so long 

 

I answered 10 questions and it said I won now select one of 3 gifts an iPhone , iMac (out of stock) etc

asking for 3£ for delivery and expecting me to put my details in ….

 

I smell scam so I don’t ever enter any details anywhere , could anyone tell me if this is real (longshot but worth asking 🤣🤣)

many thanks -  just confused how they knew I was a virgin media customer I was on safari browser on my iPhone ? Weird
