Issues Logging on to virgin media community.
Whilst I have successfully logged on just now from my laptop, earlier on tonight I, and my wife, both tried to logon to the community and were told we were not authorised to do so. Has anyone else had issues being denied access to the community today?
Yes, I have reported an error. You must be using either MacOS, iPadOS or iPhoneOS. Only happens with the latest Apple fixes and using Safari, but as far as I can trace it’s not an Apple problem, it’s an error with one of the VM CDN servers.
Work around seem to be using a web app other than Safari, works on Edge for me.
