I cannot access my F-Secure account as it requires a Virgin Media Safe verification code.

I cannot access my F-Secure account as it requires a Virgin Media Safe verification code.I used to be able to generate this by Authenticator, but since having a new phone, this does not work any more

    I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to access your F-Secure account.

    I'm afraid that this isn't something we can assist with. Although we do offer F-Secure through our service, you would need to speak with F-Secure if you have any queries or issues after sign up.  You can find their contact details here.
