F-Secure

  • I am the main account holder and have four other family member email accounts linked.  Two family members have had their email hacked and associated app on their mobile devices hacked.  I've tried to access F-Secure to tighten security across our devices.
  • The instructions to sign up and access the service is poor, no links to the app or site to get F-Secure. 
  • I've signed up and verified my email so an account exists. 
  • I've found the F-Secure app on Google Play for Android device, but it doesn't recognise the account details I have verified by email.
  • Everytime I try and log in to the app and fail, I have a new device login warning email suggesting a login has been successful.
  • Is there any way of making this work? Is it actually worth it? I fear I'm now in an active trial without actually being able to access (or even cancel) the service if I can't log in!!

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Apologies for the issues that you are having with F-Secure, can we ask is this part of the Advanced Security that you are paying an additional £3 a month for throught your package, or the Essential Security that is free with us?
