Hacked Account - Blueyonder Email Address

We have a hacked secondary Blueyonder email account which we cannot access as the third party email address has been changed to one we do not have access to and this account is now being used to change the passwords on various online accounts to allow the hackers to purchase a large quantity of goods.

This has been escalated through customer support to a higher IT level and was supposed to be dealt with and contact made within 5 days. 2 weeks later we have heard nothing. I have been on the phone with customer support over the last 2 days who cannot seem to help resolve. We now have a high level of fraudulant activity on various websites over the weekend.

Is there any high level UK based number that I can use to escalate this as we are getting nowhere with the standard customer support.

That definitely sounds as if you are the victim of fraud and if that is the case you need to report it ASAP  to Action Fraud.    See here for the back ground https://www.actionfraud.police.uk/reporting-fraud-and-cyber-crime

And you can access their online reporting tool here https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/login

Going on previous cases reported here, once you have told VM about the hack you can only wait for it to work through their system.

Longer term you would do well to move your emails to a more reliable provider.
