My email address set through blue yonder 20 years ago is [MOD EDIT: Removed]
i have an ongoing virgin broadband and yet according to technical on the phone this email address has been cancelled. I am losing business by the second and yet no one can help me!!
also no emails being sent to us are bouncing back?
so none of customers know that we aren’t getting them
I am at loss here
any ideas??
In terms of your VM account have you ever had a break from VM or moved house whilst being a VM customer?

Ok firstly although you have been told that the email address has been canceled, has it? To be fair, if a member of VM's sorry excuse for a technical support provision were to claim that the sky is blue, I would need to look out of the window to check it!
Now the fact that people sending to it don't get a bounce back would suggest that it hasn't actually been deleted; well at least not fully. Can you access it; if not what happens if you try? What error messages if any do you get?
