Delete NTL email

I need to delete my NTL email address, I have had this since I was 13 so a very long time, I understand virgin media took over the hosting of this email address.but I no longer have a virgin media account, please could you help me delete the NTL world email account. Thank you in advance

    If the mailbox is still active it should be able to be deleted.  However you will need all the old account details etc. to pass security.   A VM Mod should pick this up in a couple of days and discuss directly with you.
