Child safe has stopped working, how to resolve?
Any idea how to get child safe to work. System says it's all turned on but adult content still is available. I have 11 and 12 years in the house. Regards

From the device on which Child Safe appears not to be working can you confirm it is using Virgin Media's DNS; this is required for Child Safe to work. To do this confirm the AS Name value shown here https://1.1.1.1/help is Virgin Media?
