Cannot sign up to Virgin Advanced Security

New Virgin Media user and new to the forum.
We are trying to sign up to Virgin Media Advanced Security. We appear to have an F-secure account, but when we login, we are redirected to a page saying the "My F-Secure" is temporarily down for service.  This has been like this for several days.

Here is how we reproduce the error:

  1. In Edge, signed into "My Virgin Media" (My Virgin Media | Virgin Media)
  2. Selected "Account Settings"
  3. Clicked on "Online Security"
  4. Scrolled to bottom of page, and clicked on "Get Advanced Security"
  5. Redirected to the F-Secure Signup page (Register now to stay protected | F‑Secure (f-secure.com))
  6. We already have an account (verified by email).  Clicked on "Log in".
  7. This page is displayed My F-Secure – Manage your F-Secure subscriptions. which is actually "https://my.f-secure.com/down_for_maintenance"

Interestingly, clicking the back button shows a blank pane with the following text "/to_frontend?clientDomain=my.f-secure.com"

We've tried this on two different machines, but only using Edge.

Any help would be great.

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.

    Have you tried another browser to do this? I've noted you've said only Edge.

      Thanks for getting back to me.

      I've just tried Chrome, and it does exactly the same thing.
