I have an old ntlworld.com email address associated with an old virgin account that has been closed down. Please can you disable this account completely as I do not use it anymore and it has been part of a security breach on three websites and has been used for phishing. I do not want to give out this email address on an open forum. Please can somebody contact me for more details.

I have the same problem with old NTLWORLD email address. Am no longer a VM customer since 2021 andI want the email address cancelled as it has been hacked and I am getting offensive emails.Have been in contact with VM at least 3 time but no one has deactivated it.
