We're sorry to hear you're having issues accessing the settings of your My VM account. There was an issue raised for this however this was resolved on 12th May with no further reports of any issues. Can you try clearing the cache and cookies on your browser to see if this helps?
It's also worth checking if you can access the settings via the My VM app too.
