Block on a single website?

One of my hobbies is astronomy. Until recently I occasionally accessed a specific website. Now I get a time out error. All other websites are as normal. Emails work. It appears to be a problem with this website.

I have used my smartphone and it connects to this website as normal if I am on the O2 network, but time out's if I use my VM wifi. My Windows 11 laptop also timeouts on this website whether it is using wifi or the cable but is OK on anything else. I have turned the router off. I have reset the router. Still no luck. Friends on VM do not have a problem. It appears to be only me.

Any thoughts?

Also consider post the result of running the following commands, in a Command Prompt window, where example.com is replaced with the site causing issue:

    tracert example.com
    curl -I example.com

NB: redact personal information from results before posting.
