Who delivers the router?
Due to have it installed on the 16th October, but who delivers the router?

If it's a manned install it will be the enginner who 'delivers' the router.

If you have an existing broadband account, do not cancel it until Virginmedia is in and working. Their installation dates can slip, particularly if a new cable from the road is required.
