My Virgin Media contract is coming to an end at the end of January, and I am having a problem fixing a new deal for another 18 months.
I just find that £20 for phone and TV is too much for me as I paid only £16 at the moment and customer retentions job is to keep customers.

its a business and exists to make money not give services away. If you aren't happy with the price, shop around and see what other deals you can get. I think you'll get a surprise and realise what you are paying is discounted.....
TV via the internet is free But you need a certain brand TV and of course the internet, doubt you'll get a landline and web under £20
