To VM network admin

It seems you are blocking DHCP Bootp flags: 0x8000, Broadcast flag (Broadcast) on some hubs in your network due to incorrect ACL the following is how to to block allow Broadcast to the hub but allow DHCP Broadcast in to the hub not sure what ACL you have to deal with on given hubs but if its just ARP inbound to the hub you can select ARP (0x0806) and not IPv4 (0x0800)

    Just to be clear this is inbound to the hub we all need to send ARP/DHCP Broadcast outbound to VM gateway or nothing would work
