JT20 Sign into the relevant VMO2 ID, select Manage Account Settings> identify & security settings> Manage your products.  You should see the section for Telephone password where you can edit it.

I can only see Manage linked accounts. There is  Add VM Account and Add VM Email Acc. Telephone password is not there. I am reluctant to press Add VM Acc as I have had trouble getting emails and it is only just resolved after 3 weeks .Thanks for the reply.

Are you signing into a secondary email only account?  If so it doesn't look as if the Telephone password setting is there anymore as secondary accounts can only be managed online as per the warning banner (see screenshot):

The Telephone password is still available on the primary account:

  • Because I cannot change my email on the VMO2 on PC,I tried again this morning and could see the Change Telephone Password as shown on your screen shot. So that is one problem solved.

I can see Add Virgin Media Account and Add virgin Email Account on my Laptop, but I am afraid of what will happen if I do that.

Provided that you are logging into the same VMO2 account you should see the same options regardless of the device that you are logging in from.  So it makes no sense that your PC and laptop are showing different screens.

  • I cant understand it either, but that is what happens.

You are possibly seeing different screens/options due to brinbging up a cached page.  Clearing cache etc might update the page, or perhaps Chrome (or whichever browser you are using) pages haven't synced across devices.
