Rustdesk server unavailable

Hi tech gurus,

I use Rustdesk for remote desk-topping.  It has worked well up until today.  The Rustdesk server route  appears blocked when using VM. 

I cannot ping it but DNS works as it correctly resolves rs-ny.rustdesk.com to 209.250.254.15. Below is what I get
Pinging rs-ny.rustdesk.com [209.250.254.15] with 32 bytes of data:
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.


If I connect via my phone hot spot or use a VPN on one of my wired computers I can ping rs-ny.rustdesk.com ok
Below is what I get

Can you resolve this issue for me?
I have already rebooted the Superhub with no effect.

    I can ping  rs-ny.rustdesk.com  via our VM connection in Colchester.

    Try a trace route to  rs-ny.rustdesk.com  it may expose a local routing problem.

    Hi Alessandro, yes must be a local issue then. 
    As far as I can tell all other internet traffic seems OK (well nothing else that I regularly use has a problem).  Here is the trace route results.  Perhaps someone can use this info to fix the fault, I totally rely on Rustdesk to access all my computers in my home.
